Bumbu merah
Bahan :
1 kg Cabe merah besar
100 gr bawang putih
2 sdt garam
250 ml Minyak sayur
Cara membuat :
Rebus cabe merah hingga lunak, dinginkan. Kemudian blender bersamaan dengan bawang putih hingga halus. Tumis, beri
garam
Rebus cabe hingga layu
